Each consultation combines a comprehensive knowledge of traditional Chinese Feng Shui principles, building design and a professional approach. Each will be tailored to your requirements and follows a coherent procedure.

The initial enquiry, preferably by email or telephone, will allow you to understand how the consultation works and what is required prior to the analysis. It helps to establish your expectations and jointly set the objectives, mutual responsibilities, and timetable.

Property information is supplied by yourself according to requirements established during the initial enquiry, guidance will be given if needed. The construction or major renovation dates will be required plus any photographs of the surroundings.
For residential property, the dates of birth of the principal occupants will be needed to establish compatability with the building.
The floor plan will be required if you have one available, if not I will produce one at the on-site visit for which there is a small additional charge.

The on-site visit. Your surroundings are an important influence on your building, assessment of these and other inconspicuous factors will be taken into consideration. Verification of information supplied and analysis of the interior will provide you with on-the-spot feedback on furniture placement etc, pending the report. It also allows plenty of opportunity for questions.

A written report will be compiled having gathered the required information and comprises an in-depth investigation with clear and simple recommendations. The choice of interior décor and furniture will remain firmly under your control as the recommendations will seek to enhance by correct use of form, colour and material rather than taste or cultural bias. Account is taken of financial and material constraints and optimisation of what exists will always take precedence over an expensive remedy.

A follow-up telephone call or email will ensure that the report is clear and that the recommendations have been correctly implemented. Once confirmed, the consultation is complete.

Regular check-ups are recommended to assure conformity and should ideally occur once a year or if there are any significant changes to your circumstances or environment.
